1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old or the age required by your local law.
• You may use Dev-Mail only for lawful software-development, QA, or automation activities.
• If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Services We Provide

Dev-Mail offers temporary inboxes, optional Telegram notifications, and public APIs that allow developers to test email-based workflows without exposing personal addresses. We reserve the right to add or remove features at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Dev-Mail to send spam, phishing messages, or any unlawful content.
• Harvest credentials, personal data, or trade secrets belonging to others.
• Probe or attack our infrastructure, reverse-engineer security mechanisms, or interfere with other users.
• Misrepresent your affiliation or impersonate another person or service.
• Resell the service or provide shared dashboards without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately when these rules are violated.

4. Accounts & Security

• Dev-Mail issues anonymous tokens to track your session. Protect them like passwords.
• You are responsible for actions taken using your token, including API calls.
• If you suspect unauthorized use, revoke the token by regenerating an address or contacting [email protected].

5. Data Handling

• We store messages only long enough to deliver them to you and to prevent abuse. See the Privacy Policy for details.
• You acknowledge that inboxes are temporary and should never be used to store production data or irreplaceable information.
• You remain the controller of any content you route through Dev-Mail.

6. Intellectual Property

Dev-Mail retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including software, branding, and documentation. You may use our assets only to identify a genuine integration with Dev-Mail and only while these Terms remain in force.

7. Beta Features

We occasionally release previews or beta tools. Such features are provided “as is” for evaluation and may be discontinued without notice.

8. Disclaimers

Dev-Mail is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, deliverability of third-party mail, or suitability for a particular purpose. You are responsible for validating any workflow that depends on Dev-Mail.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dev-Mail and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we were notified of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to USD $50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Dev-Mail harmless from claims or losses arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security risks, or use excessive resources. You may stop using Dev-Mail at any time; simply discard the generated address and delete any stored tokens.

12. Governing Law

Dev-Mail is run as an independent project and does not designate a governing law or a chosen forum in these Terms. Whatever law applies to you applies here too, and any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold under it are unaffected by anything written above.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when we release new functionality or comply with regulations. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
